Heat Entertainment Group ("we," "us," or "our") provides entertainment and event services in the Tri-Cities, WA area. This policy explains what information we collect through https://heateg.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you contact us, request a booking, or sign up for our newsletter, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message or event details you share.
Information collected automatically. When you visit our site we may collect standard technical data such as your device and browser type, the pages you view, and approximate location, primarily through analytics cookies (see below). Our servers also keep basic logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. Analytics cookies stay turned off until you accept them using the cookie banner shown on your first visit (we use Google Consent Mode, which keeps these cookies disabled by default). We share data only with trusted service providers that help us operate, such as Google Analytics (website analytics), our email delivery provider, Stripe (secure payment processing, if you make a payment), and Cloudflare Turnstile (spam protection on our forms). We may also disclose information if required by law.
Text Club (SMS)
If you join the Heat Entertainment Group text club, we collect your mobile phone number and the date, method and exact wording of the consent you gave. We keep that record for as long as you are subscribed, and after you leave, as evidence that you asked to join and then asked to stop.
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing purposes. Numbers are passed only to our messaging carrier (Twilio) for the sole purpose of delivering the messages you asked for. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Message frequency is approximately 4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
